ABOUT US

Britton's Bakery was established in Stone Harbor, NJ in 1965 by Marie and Ray Britton. The bakery moved to our present location in Wildwood Crest in 1992. This is now our one and only location. Although, Mr. Britton passed away in 1998, Marie and family have continued operating with the same recipes, high standards, traditions and passion that Ray did.

Britton's has a reputation of producing fresh baked goods including cinnamon buns, gourmet donuts, crumb cake, danish, croissants, muffins, French pastry, sfogliatelle, cinnamon coffee rolls (bizmarks), and of course, our Famous Apple Fritters. In 1982, President Ronald Reagan wrote to tell us how much he and Nancy enjoyed the fritters that one of his staff had delivered to him after vacationing in Stone Harbor. We proudly display the letter in our bakery.

We're a small place with a big taste. If you see a line, please don't be deterred. We work diligently to serve our customers efficiently and keep the line moving. Our 3rd generation is so excited to bring the business into it's 59th season! We look forward to seeing you soon!
